Our Off Szn Elite Girls Summer Tournament Team brings together top players for a high-level competitive experience. This program is designed to expose girls from surrounding towns to elite competition while providing a club-level experience without the long-term commitment.

We are not like every other tournament team. We are always a development-first program and hold personal/player development above winning. While we do aim to win and teach our girls how important it is to compete, we also realize that the summer is where we often see the most growth in our players and it is our mission to help our girls develop into better hockey players and individuals during their time with us. Throughout our summer, we focus on our core values of Confidence, Competitiveness, Teamwork, Communication, and Leadership.

This is an ideal opportunity for players looking to elevate their game, gain exposure, and compete alongside other driven athletes—without the demands of a full club season.

In 2026, our inaugural season, we had one team at the U12 level and competed in 3 local tournaments. Looking ahead to Spring/Summer 2027, we are hoping to expand our number of tournament teams and have teams competing at the U10, U12, U14, and U16/U19 levels which will be coached female coaches who all are current or former college players.

Off Szn Elite is a direct extension of our other Off Szn programming. While everyone loves to win and many other tournament teams put winning first and directly recruit their players, Off Szn Elite is a development-first program just like all of our other programming. Our top priority is developing our girls into better hockey players AND better people. We focus on putting to play our core values: Teamwork, Communication, Competitiveness, Confidence, and Leadership and our main goal is that our girls are developing and able to go back to their home programs as leaders. It is a privilege for our coaching staff to take many of the girls we see at our skills and camps and watch them grow and compete at a higher level through Off Szn Elite.

Off Szn Elite is designed for experienced girls hockey players who are ready to compete at a high level in competitive tournaments.

Anyone is welcome to sign up for a Prospect Skate to be evaluated and experience the Off Szn Elite environment. However, we are ideally looking for players who have multiple years of experience playing through their town and/or club hockey programs.

Because our tournament teams compete in a competitive environment, Off Szn Elite is not intended for beginners or players who are only one or two years into playing hockey. Players should have a strong foundation of skating, puck skills, game awareness, and team experience in order to get the most out of the experience.

Being a member of Off Szn Elite is more than just playing in tournaments — it’s an opportunity to compete, develop, and become part of a community of talented girls hockey players in a development-first environment.

• Off Szn Elite Game Gear — Off Szn Elite jersey and socks.
• 3 Local Tournaments — Compete in three competitive local tournaments throughout the season.
• High-Level Competition & Exposure — Play alongside and against some of the top talent in your age group, providing an opportunity to challenge yourself and showcase your abilities.
• Elite Coaching Staff — Learn from a staff made up of current and former female college hockey players who understand what it takes to compete at the next level.
• Off Szn Elite Media Day — A professional team and individual photo experience, including digital downloads of team photos and individual photos in your Off Szn Elite uniform.

Off Szn Elite is built to give girls the opportunity to compete, develop, and experience what it means to be part of a high-level girls hockey program — both on and off the ice.

By registering in our summer program, you are committed to playing in AT LEAST 2 out of the 3 tournaments we play in, although we prefer players who can play in all 3 as this makes for a better team experience. With the expansion of our program we likely will not host team practices, but will have a Gear Distribution & Media Night for the entire program. Here, girls will receive jerseys, swag packages, and will participate in team and individual photos with a professional photographer. As far as our tournament schedule, we are planning to follow our 2026 schedule which is below:

Battle of Boston - usually first weekend in June

Harrow Invite - usually the second to last weekend in June

Militia Cup - first weekend in August

Note: We will not accept players who are only able to play in one tournament & we encourage girls to participate in all 3 if available.
