Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Girls Town Skills Takeover

February Vacation 3-Day Clinic

50% refund if canceled prior to January 17, 2026. No refunds will be given if canceled after 1/17/26. Registration Insurance Parents will be given the option to purchase registration insurance during registration. Registration Insurance provides parents the option to insure their non-refundable season registration, in case of injury, illness, or other covered claims. By registering for Off Szn Hockey (without registration insurance), all participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge and accept the risk of forfeiting all or part of their camp fees. Our camp incurs significant expenses for staffing, facility rentals, equipment, and administrative costs in advance of the camp season. For this reason, we must adhere to a strict refund policy to ensure the financial viability of our programs.

Off Szn Elite

There will be no refunds given by Off Szn Hockey for this program or its prospect skates. Program fees, including prospect skates are non-refundable due to the club having to purchase equipment for a specified number of players. The option to purchase registration insurance will be available. Registration Insurance Parents will be given the option to purchase registration insurance during registration. Girls Summer Day Camps

100% refund on or prior to 2/1/25. 50% refund on or prior to 4/1/25. No refund after 4/1/25. Our summer camp refund schedule is in place because significant planning and expenses occur well before camp begins. Prior to the start of camp, we commit funds to pay coaches and staff, as well as to order equipment, gear, and apparel specifically for each child. Registration Insurance Parents will be given the option to purchase registration insurance during registration. Registration Insurance provides parents the option to insure their non-refundable season registration, in case of injury, illness, or other covered claims.
