Looking to grow your town’s girls hockey program?

Enter Off Szn Hockey.

As part of our commitment to growing the sport of ice hockey for girls and keeping kids in town hockey, we are partnering with town programs to offer girls-only skills. We are an organization of female coaches dedicated to providing an empowering, supportive environment where girls are able to push themselves and each other to grow as hockey players and people. Sessions will include powerskating/edgework, puck control, stickhandling, passing, shooting, & more. We also include fun, competitive drills and games to build girls' competitiveness, desire to win, and teamwork.

We work with town program directors to come up with a plan that works for YOUR PROGRAM. This may mean weekly, biweekly, or monthly girls skills. Price is dependent on participation rates as well as if ice is secured or if we will need to rent ice.

Youth coaches and program directors can fill out our Town Skills Takeover Inquiry form below.

"Off Szn has been an outstanding partner for Dedham’s Girls program. They provide an excellent balance of fun and skill for the girls. It’s also one of the rare times our girls get to step on the ice with an all female crew. The enthusiasm our girls have for these sessions is unmatched. The Off Szn team has been just as good to work with off ice as well, their flexibility and cost structure is also a big plus. We are looking to extend our relationship with them to keep them working with our girls in the future."

-Ed Sullivan, President - Dedham Youth Hockey

"We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Off Szn Hockey and Amanda’s coaching staff as part of our girls development program. The coaches bring great energy, positivity, and high-level instruction to every session, and they do an amazing job connecting with our players.

As both a parent of a 12U girl and the Girls Hockey Director for our town program, I’ve seen the confidence, skills, and enthusiasm for the game grow in our girls since partnering with Off Szn. We’re incredibly grateful for the positive impact Amanda and her team have had on our program!"

-Drew Ballow, Girls Hockey Director - Natick Comets Youth Hockey

"Over the past winter and summer, Franklin Youth Hockey had the pleasure of welcoming Amanda and her team to work with the Franklin Lady Flyers on skill development. Amanda and her staff are exactly the type of role models our girls look up to. They are positive, energetic, and have a unique ability to make skill-building both engaging and fun.

Amanda and her team tailored each session to meet the needs of players at every level, from those who were brand new to hockey to more advanced athletes. Every girl left the Off Szn skills sessions as a better player, more confident athlete, and even more excited about the game.

As a member of the Franklin Youth Hockey Board of Directors, I can confidently say that these sessions had a direct and meaningful impact on our program. In 2025, Franklin Youth Hockey had only a U10 girls team. Today, we have thriving U8, U10, and U12 girls programs, reflecting the growing enthusiasm and participation among our female athletes.

Many of the girls also attended the Off Szn Summer Camp and consistently described it as the best hockey camp they attended all summer. Amanda and her team have played a significant role in helping grow girls hockey in our community, and we are incredibly grateful for their dedication, passion, and commitment to player development."
